Well the weekend is here and Yesterday when I got home another traveling stash box was waiting on my door step..... a large box this time and it was heavy.
I liked that the contents came in a plastic bag to help prevent moisture from getting in during transport -- great idea who ever did this. When I started pulling things out I noticed that there seemed to be a large number of books (4 counting the magazine) and patterns (16) in this box (that would accont for the weight). check them out and if you have any questions about any of the patterns I will be happy to get back to you.
The next layer of the box contained notions and a few projects that were completed.
several ric rac and bias tape packages, some embroidery floss and a hoop, a light for a clover rotary cutter, some pins and a magnetic pin tray and buttons. Also there are thoes red c shaped things -- anybody know what thoes are? I feel that I should know and maybe I have been them before.
Then comes the fabric ----
This is what I am taking out of the box -- just over a yard of fabric and one of the books.
Here's what I'm adding to the box --- over 5 yards of fabric
I am once again going to be drawing a winner on Thursday at 9pm EST (and I email right away to get the next person's shipping information) so let me know if you want this box to hopefully be coming your way as I will hopefully ship on Friday 3/8.
All winners must be willing ot follow the guidelines as outlined on the Sewingly Along Blog site http://sewinglyalong.blogspot.com/2012/04/traveling-stash-rules-guidelines.html
That's the dish for now.
very cute box, would love it to come my way.

I love the Snoopy fabric. It would be fun to work through this box.
ReplyDeleteI'd love a visit from this box! I blog at www.TheStylishHome.com Thank you!
ReplyDeleteHi Katie, Great box, love the Hawaiian fabric and the Snoopy also. The red clamps are "C" Clamps, (mine are old they are metal) you can put them on your quilt if you roll it up for machine quilting (to keep it manageable) or on the round rails of a quilt frame to keep your top straight.
